On August 20th, I completed 20 push-ups. On September 10th, I decresed to 14 push-ups. On August 20th, I completed 8 curl-ups. On September 10th, I increased to 12 curl-ups. I improved on my curl ups, but i didn't improve on my push ups. I didn't improve on my curl up because i wasn't exercising for those 3 weeks. I didn't complete my curl up and push up test because i was absent on that day.
